The 2008 Complete Home Show has been developed in response to a market need for a Sydney Home Show in the springtime. As spring is a motivating time of year for home owners, the show will offer a unique marketing opportunity for suppliers to the home building, renovation, restoration, lifestyle, decorating and design industries. This event will be filled with practical, hands-on advice presenting inspiring and relevant home ideas that will appeal to the diverse audience of Sydney homeowners.
Founded in 2007, Complete Exhibitions is the brainchild of Norm Lembke, whose 25 years of experience in the events and exhibition industry see him well equipped to bring a show like this to market. Lembke has had a successful track record in exhibition management with companies including dmg world media, Reed Exhibitions and Riddell Exhibitions.
A comprehensive advertising and public relations campaign will be aimed at the Greater Sydney Region. Awareness of the event will be developed through TV, radio, metropolitan and local media coverage including feature editorial. Extensive Public Relations activity will inform the community of the many benefits of visiting the event.
Exhibitions such as The Complete Home Show offer a unique range of marketing opportunities for exhibitors. Activity can be aimed directly at potential customers, as visitors attending the show are entering an environment where they wish to view, discuss and purchase product. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to present and demonstrate in a real life setting.
Media deals have already been secured with the Sun-Herald newspaper, which will include an eight-page supplement on the show on Sunday 7 September, Fairfax Media and the HomeImprovementPages.com.au
